Offers are invited by the joint provisional liquidators of the companies for the purchase of the Kevin Sneider Radiology Group’s assets which comprise mainly radiology equipment and associated systems situate at Linksfield and Park Lane Hospitals and the majority of Medicross clinics nationwide.

Information packs containing details of the aforementioned assets may be obtained from the joint provisional liquidators care of Westrust (Pty) Ltd at the address listed below against signature of a non-disclosure agreement.

The successful offer or offers will be required to enter into a formal written agreement with the joint provisional liquidators reflecting the terms and conditions on which the assets are sold by the liquidators.

Offers must be submitted by no later than close of business on 31 December 2011.
